All products are manufactured or packed by certified Self-Help Group (SHG) units and Farmer Producer Company (FPC) processing centers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

We do not guarantee that products will appear exactly as depicted. Product descriptions, features, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when Korea Amrit confirms your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order.

Orders are processed only after successful payment. Review your order carefully, as cancellations may not be possible once processed.

Purchases must be for personal use and not for resale or export. All returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change at any time.
Because ingredients and agricultural inputs fluctuate, prices and availability may change based on raw material and season.

Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and other charges unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate and updated payment and account information. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to you once items are handed to the carrier.

All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, video, layouts, and trademarks—is owned by Korea Amrit or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Korea Amrit is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Korea Amrit, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, injuries, or losses arising from your purchases. You expressly release Shopify from any related claims.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy  and may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these policies.
